I purchased a product on line from this company and didn't know that I was agreeing to a monthly subscription charge. I was able to contact them and get confirmation that the subscription would be cancelled, but they never cancelled the monthly charge and the next month they still tried to charge my bank account. My concern and complaint is all the consumers that unknowingly are getting charged for this subscription. It will add up to around $480.00 a year. Which is a huge amount of money that this company is scamming from it's customers.

Desired outcome: Apparently this subscription agreement is in the terms and conditions. It should not be in there, but in a separate area where consumers can decide if they want to subscribe or not.
