It has been 31 days since I ordered UV-C lights and thermometers from a facebook ad. Mobile Klean. I have chatted with them on their website only to get little information. order number 87556973 My credit card has been charged but no conformation email yet.

A confirmation of the order was received almost immediately but I keep getting emails that my order information has not been completed and they cannot hold it open much longer. I would have to reorder and pay another $168 - a big scam to charge a second order. My credit card cleared immediately so they have been paid for the original order. Don't call because they hang up and tell you to email. Their reply to the email is a form letter advising they are looking into it. I have three of these already. I fear my $168 is on its way to China never to be seen again. Terrible service of any kind!
They are operating a SCAM - charge your card and deliver nothing after nearly 3 months. They even send you a tracking number but the USPS tracking says nothing has been received - SCAM.
