M&M Property Management review: Bathroom remodel

M&M Property Management was hired to remodel my master bathroom.

When they redid the subfloor of the bathroom, they did not level or make the new floor even with the surrounding flooring. They did not tell us there was a problem until we said it wasn't correct. It seemed they were trying to hide it under the new flooring. When they were told about it, they said the joists were bowed. Strange that the floor before didn't have the issue. Laundry chute with an outgoing piece that is unexplained. To find out that there was a mistake that was made with the chute location and had to move over about 2–3 inches. So instead of fixing the mistake. It was just covered over. Drain pipe was to be fixed due to being clogged and galvanized pipe. Instead of repair and replace, it was snaked. Then during sink install. Pipe breaks.
