Customer Purchased from our website, tried to claim that the product spilled, with a description that was not possible from the product that was ordered- requested pictures that she sent us that was not even close to what the product would look like if it did indeed spill. We then took the product from our stock spilled it as she claimed it did took pictures and sent them to her showing her the truth on what if it spilled would look like.Filed criminal charges against her for fraud with the California State Police department-
Web store owners BEWARE do not sell to this consumer- she is a Fraud and a Thief!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I'm not a fraud or thief. I'm an honorable citizen of my society. I paid for the products and received expired products that were spilled inside the wrapping. The pictures I have sent her is proof that the products were spilled. I never pursued with getting a replacement for my product after talking to the most unprofessional business owner. She was very rude and wouldn't let me explain what I wanted to say. One might ask how I was being a thief and a fraud if I'd paid for the products that went straight to garbage. I just saw this complaint on this website and I'm shocked because I was the one who called the SF police department to stop her from harassing me. It's so unfortunate that people can write false things about you on sites like this and ruin your reputation.
