I was told my $8,990.00 would buy a blue tooth capable pair of aids. What I wasn’t told was they wouldn’t work with my new Motorola phone. So, they supplied a auxiliary blue tooth device which hangs around your neck on a lanyard which has to be charged. Neither the aids or blue tooth device work as designed. I asked them to return the aids to the manufacturer at which point the rude clerk refused and wanted me to try another charger which I did. The aids quit working and have to be returned to the charger for activation. They can’t be reactivated manually which is unacceptable when I’m away from home. I took them back for an in-store remedy which has also failed. I’ve requested a refund with no response. They have now sent my aids back to the manufacturer and didn’t provide me a loaner. In 30 years of aid purchases, I’ve never met a less knowledgeable clerk who does not listen so one can describe the problems. I need my refund to seek better professional and courteous help. I’m out $8,990.00 and have no hearing aids.
