I purchased two necklaces before Christmas approximately December 20. They are very poor quality on January 8. I sent both necklaces in the same box via UPS to the company for a refund. They claim they only received one necklace and never received the second one which I don’t know how that’s possible because they were sent together in the same box, I’m texting them every day but they are ignoring my advances for my refund. I believe they are scamming me and will not return my money of $86.
