I called late 06/04/2025 to order a free laptop and I understood that shipping was a cost No Problem as stated in the video By Mrs Riley the Cord does NOT Come with the refurbished free laptops understood, Ms Darlene the owner's Mother took my Order and never offered a cord but charged my debit card 20.00 extra plus 49.99 for shipping so I called 06/05/2025 around 10 am after receiving order confirmation and seeing I was charged 69.99 when I asked about it Ms Darlene said well the cord is 40.00 we need to charge you 20.00 and I said no I never asked or discussed ordering a charger she called me everything except the child of god that I am (petty) etc and hung up on me so I called back and ask that they cancel the whole order after calling several times being transferred to a voicemail not set up so she placed me on HOLD for about 10 minutes and Ms Riley came to the phone yelling and screaming that they could not cancel my order because it had shipped but could not give me a tracking number these people are disrespectful and I told her how can your mom take my money and you be ok with it that's stealing Ms Riley Hung up on me I will refuse this package and go to the bank and get my Money that's NOT AUTHORIZED
Claimed loss: 2 Hours off work 25.00 x 2= 50.00 plus my 69.99 they charged to my account which shows pending
Desired outcome: i just want my 69.99 back and order cancelled and i will NEVER do business with them again it took me 5 years to order again because my 1st interaction was terrible thinking they have gotten better to find out its worse
