Been using this store for a couple of years now and I gotta say, I'm really diggin' it. The packaging is super compact and eco-friendly, which is a huge plus in my book. And let me tell ya, when I had an issue with an incomplete order, the customer service team was on it like white on rice. They got everything sorted out in no time and I was back to enjoying my goodies in a jiffy. Overall, I'm a big fan of Alyaka and I'll definitely be sticking around for the long haul.

I've been using Alyaka for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. This ain't my first rodeo with natural cosmetics and I've tried a few different online stores, but Alyaka is definitely one of the best. They process orders real quick and get your goodies to you in no time. Like, seriously, it's usually less than a week from when I place my order to when it shows up at my door.

And let me tell you, the cosmetics they sell are top notch. I'm talking high quality stuff here. None of that cheap, chemical-filled junk you find at the drugstore. No sir, this is the real deal. And it's all natural, which is a big plus in my book. I mean, who wants to slather their face with a bunch of synthetic crap?

Anyway, I've tried a bunch of different products from Alyaka and they've all been great. The skincare stuff is especially good. I've got sensitive skin and I've had no issues with any of the products I've tried. They all feel really nice and luxurious on my skin and they actually work. Like, I've noticed a real difference in my skin since I started using some of their stuff.

So yeah, if you're into natural cosmetics and you're looking for a good online store, I'd definitely recommend giving Alyaka a try. They've got a great selection of products, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is top notch. Plus, they're super fast with shipping, which is always a plus.

I had a pretty bad experience with Alyaka. I ordered my items and was told that they would be shipped within a week, but that didn't happen. I ended up waiting for two whole months before I finally received my order. To make matters worse, I had already paid the VAT and all the other fees when I placed my order, but my package was still held up by customs. I had to pay an additional ?10 in VAT just to get my items.

The worst part of it all was the customer support. They were really unhelpful and didn't communicate with me at all. They told me that I could get a refund if I sent them proof of payment, but then they stopped replying to my messages altogether. It was really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I did not receive my package (not delivered, returned to sender). I wrote several messages to alyaka customer care but there´s no answer at all. I tried to call (phone number from Facebook site) but there´s only automatic voice message to reach Alyaka via e-mail. Nobody´s answearing in any way.

I understand this is not a problem of Alyaka but the carrier, however once the package was returned I have no other choice but to deal with the sender.
