Mii Creative review: Unable to cancel order immediately after purchase.

I followed a link on facebook to the company Mii Creative for a custom made, paint-by-number set. There was a 15% discount available and I decided it was worth trying. The website said the discount would be applied at checkout. I went through the checkout process and instead of getting my 15% discount applied, I got a wooden frame which I would never use. There was no way to cancel my order on the website, so I emailed the company at the email address provided for problems. This was done right after the order. I asked them to apply the 15% or cancel the order. I received a reply one week later saying it was too late and as this was a custom order, they could not give me a refund. They said I could not use two discounts and since I got the frame I would not be given the 15% discount. Their delay in responding to the email and providing an ability to cancel the order is unethical in my opinion. I had to go through PayPal to try to get my money back. I do not know about the quality of the product since I have not received anything from the company. The order was placed on December 6, 2022 and the reply email was on December 13, 2022.
