Invoice no.Mhl 00317. I made a payment of $11800 of a Mitsubishi rosa bus on 14th October 2022 to a company called Mihila International Co.ltd. after the payment I was told that the vehicle failed inspection JEVIC and that they would find me another vehicle of the same price. But up to now nothing has been done, and they no longer reply my messages even answer my calls.

Desired outcome: Refund please 🙏
