He'll show you properties that he makes bigger commissions on rather than showing you what's best for you and if you choose not to use him he'll bad mouth you to the community. Three weeks after I hired Michael Crystal to represent my Company in our recent lease negotiations I came across this post which is simply untrue. Michael exceeded my expectations, clearly putting my Company's interests first. In addition to negotiating an extremely favorable lease term, he went above and beyond spending a lot of his own time assisting us with our buildout. No matter how many carpet sample books I went through (more than a dozen) Michael was patient and always had a smile on his face when he dropped off the new samples. I will always use Michael Crystal as my trusted real estate advisor and will refer him whenever given the opportunity...
Actually, I know Michael Crystal. I believe this posting sounds like a jealous rival crying over a deal that didn't go his way. Michael is a hard-working, honest broker that made sure we were happy every step of the way. I did my fair share of reference checking before I picked a broker...you would be hard-pressed to find any property owner or client that says a bad word about him.
