MIBFA review: I want our money as soon as possible we want to put up a stone on her grave please.

Good day my mom passed away in 2020 in march 2021 I submit provident fund documents to mibfa hand deliver to cape town and via email august 2021 I phone for a follow up no one can assist me but they do have my application on record november 2021 I receive an emial from them I must apply for a letter of authony at the high court in cape town and also that I must sent it back asap to finalized my application I submit all documents at the master of the high court in may 2022 november I receive the sms that the letter is ready for collection I went to collect it and submit again all documents requested from me to mibfa after 2 weeks I phone again for a follow up and believe me that poeple tell me waiting period is 6-12 months and I submitted my documents in 2021 already now I need to wait another 6-12 months can you please assist me in what to do cause really are they gone pay the rent of that money also mom passed away december 2020 and we in 2023 it doesnt make sin to me.
