Metro Fibre review: Fibre not working

On the 10/11/2022 I applied with Metrofibre for fibre to my home. The application went well. The router was delivered to me on the 12/11/2022 by one of their technician who advised me that the router will be activated within 12 - 24 hours. Atfer the 24 hours had passed the router was still not activated. I called the helpline and was advised that a technician will be allocated to me within 3 -4 working days. A techinician arrived at my house on the 15/11/2022. After numerous attempts the router still did not activate. Eventually they replaced the router which at first did not work. Finally on the 17/11/2022 the router activiated.

On the morning of the 18th, called the helpline telling them that the speed of the fibre is absolutely slow. Since then I have been trying to have this problem resolved. They did aske me to have speed emailed to them but the reponse is they did not receive the email. On the 27/11/2022 I disconnected the router and sent Metro an email asking for a cancellation of my contract. I have tried on numerous occasion but no luck.

Desired outcome: I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect
