Mesibo is a really good tech company, I gotta say. They got this platform that's perfect for adding chat and calls. We checked out all the other platforms before switching from firebase to mesibo. And let me tell you, we haven't come across any other platform that's as capable and well-documented as mesibo. It's like they got all their ducks in a row, you know? Everything is just so organized and easy to understand. It's like they really thought about what developers need and made it happen. We were able to integrate mesibo into our app without any hiccups. And the best part is, it works like a charm! The chat and call features are smooth and reliable. No glitches or lagging, which is a huge plus. And let's not forget about their documentation. We wasted a good ol' 8 months of our precious time and even went ahead and hired a bunch of developers to tackle these issues head-on. But guess what? Turns out, the problem wasn't on our end at all. Nope, it was all on Mesibo's end.

Now, let's talk about their support team. Arrogant is an understatement, my friend. These folks never provided us with a single solution. It's like they were too busy strutting around like peacocks to actually help us out. I mean, come on, we're just trying to get our stuff sorted here. Is that too much to ask? Oh, and let's not forget about the cherry on top. Whenever we dared to ask for support, it only made matters worse. Instead of identifying the issue and providing a solution, they just piled on more work for us. Like seriously, who needs that kind of headache? Not me, that's for sure.

To make matters even more frustrating, they have this annoying habit of closing tickets within minutes. And guess what? They don't bother providing any solutions. Nope, they just slap on a tag saying our question was irrelevant or unnecessary. Talk about a slap in the face.

So, my friend, take my advice and steer clear of Mesibo. It may have started off as some school project, but it sure as heck hasn't grown into a reliable product. Save yourself the headache and find yourself a platform that actually takes your concerns seriously. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I had some problems setting up the chat on Mesibo. When I reached out to their support, they just kept telling me to check the documentation, instead of actually reading my messages and giving me proper answers.

Let me tell you, their documentation is just awful, and to make matters worse, it turned out to be incorrect as well.

The same thing happened when we contacted them regarding the issue of 18K messages being logged, even though we could only see around 100 on our end. We also faced some connectivity problems, which we promptly reported.

But guess what? Support didn't offer any assistance with any of these issues. They simply told us to dig into our own code and figure it out ourselves.

To sum it up, this product is absolutely terrible. The documentation is bad and the support is just plain awful.

I definitely won't be using Mesibo again, and I won't be recommending it to anyone either.

If I have the chance, I'll definitely give them a 1-star rating on other platforms as well.
