On July 28, 2023 Scott McConaghy of the Fort Worth Office contacted me to inform me that my Financial Advisor was not longer with ML. He assured me that nothing would change,and everything would be the same. That is not true and is false. Since Wednesday 9/27/2023 I have dealt with Richard Somers AVP, Eric Diaz Associate Mkt. Mgr. , Christopher Bady AVP, and Kimberly Almond AVP.
I have since 9/27/2003 had to talk to a different department several times to get my monthly deposit to my bank account. I was told I would receive it Friday 9/29/2023. Since I did not receive it I call again today and was told that the person had not finished the processing. I was then told I would receive it today or tomorrow.
I do not understand the incompetence and lack of professionalism of Merrill Lynch In handling my account. I appears that you don't care.
Desired outcome: It does not appear that ML cares about a 20 years customer. An apology is a mute point as to the difficulty, frustration, and indignation that they have caused.
