Both the staff and the residents are gettin' sick, but this place won't do nothin' about it. They won't even give 'em tests or let 'em know what's goin' on. Can ya believe that? They even forgot to put up a sign to let folks know there's an infected person in quarantine. It's a real mess, let me tell ya.

So, if you're thinkin' about movin' your loved ones into Merrill Gardens, I'd think twice. They may look good on the surface, but they ain't deliverin' on their promises. And with this Covid situation, it's downright dangerous. Stay away, folks. Stay away.

I mean, seriously, they didn't even bother to address my concerns about those two youngins living with their grandpa in a cramped one bedroom apartment. I sent them an email back in May, asking about their company policy, and guess what? No response. Zilch. Nada.

But wait, it gets even better. You won't believe what they told me. Apparently, Truwood by Merrill had the audacity to provide them with a rollaway bed. Like, seriously? That's their solution? A rollaway bed for three people? I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.

Now, let me tell you about the granddaughter. This girl had absolutely no chill. She went around ringing doorbells and knocking on doors all night long. I couldn't get a wink of sleep, let me tell ya. And if that wasn't bad enough, she straight up attacked me the next evening. Can you believe it? Assaulted by a teenager. Unbelievable.

So here I am, with scratches, bruises, black eyes, and my whole body feeling like it got hit by a truck. Ended up in the emergency room, all thanks to this little troublemaker. And you know what's the cherry on top? There's a warrant out for her arrest for assault on an elderly. Yeah, you heard that right. A third-degree felony.

Now, you'd think that Truwood would care, right? I mean, they're the ones responsible for this mess. But nope, they couldn't care less. They just brush it off like it's no big deal. Ahahahaaha, can you believe that? They don't give a damn.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Merrill Gardens to my worst enemy. They clearly don't take the safety and well-being of their residents seriously. So if you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect and care, I suggest you look elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
