Medina Auto Mall

We went online to check their inventory. We saw two minivans we were interested in. Talked to (***) about the van we really wanted. They did a credit check which took a few hours. After this short time we call *** and miraculously not one but both vans were sold. We was never told anyone was looking at these vehicles and he knew we was very interested in the van. He asked us if there was anything else we were interested in (more expensive). Unfortunately we didn't check reviews prior to talking to them. Just looked on their website both vans are still listed as for sale. Seems like a classic bait and switch HERE'S THE KICKER! Out of curiosity I just called them about the very van (used a alias) we was interested in and talked to a different sales (***) rep, asked about the van. He said would have to go check if they still had it. He called me back within 10 minutes and low and behold it was in service department getting brakes put on and would be done later today or in the morning. I would take bets if I went up there it would of been " just sold ". Very shady people!
