I paid an exorbitant fee of us$40 (that was the lowest amount option) for shipping a small, lightweight parcel, then when the item arrived (in only a few days, which was impressive) the parcel had a cod label on it and the couriers wouldn't release the parcel without me paying more - I refused and told them to return it. What kind of company double bills for shipping? I can only assume one which scams its customers. I'll never buy from medievalcollectibles.com again, and I strongly suggest no one else buy from them, either.
Desired outcome: Full refund, including the over-priced shipping.
