I've had 2 of them since June -2024 & when I replaced the second one it upped my charge to $50. When the second one did not work I canceled my account. Sent it back & they charged me 2 more payments (credit card got the money back & Now- August they are still sending me a bill ! Have contacted Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Affairs - They provide poor reused equipment & never stop billing you after you close the account. A very dangerous practice when you think of someone trying the equipment & it does not work ! i think of scams & fraud when I see ads!

Desired outcome: A warning to others that try to trust & rely on these recycled products !
