This company is not the company you wish to work with. This company doesn't know how to TAKE CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. They do not follow LABOR CODE, they use people, all they want is money. They make their agents look stupid especially if you don't make a sale. Management people are very harsh. You will come to work around 2am and go home at around 1pm (THAT'S ALMOST 11 HOURS OF WORK, without overtime pay). They hate people who are witty and good looking. People there are really insecure to one another. Politics, jealousy, and of course making agents look and feel that they are worthless. They use people and if they don't need you anymore or they don't like you, the next day you don't have any job. People there especially management for operations, feel like they are GOD'S. They are heartless and does'nt even think of the agent's part that those people need jobs. And if you want to have something or please someone, no matter what your effort is. If they don't like you it's either you will not be appreciated or your will be terminated. Be carefull of issues, most of the people there LOVES TO GOSSIP!

are u telling the truth? or do u have grudge to the company? did u work for them? for how long? my friend is working there now and she's telling me it's a good company. im planning to apply also
its true, about the complain, YES salary wise they have good compensation but benefits? Sorry! I been working there for 7 months yet I dont have any healthcare, aside from that they only provided 15 minutes break and an overtime without pay almost an hour before shift and another hour or more after the shift. There QA are good but sometimes they take personal issues towards agents like Mr. R N of Google Money Tree first shift QA. I will tell you the story, there is one top seller agent from GMT whom this MR. R N, doesnt like her anymore so she closely monitored this girl and when she caught bad call, she give sanction to the girl and the result, the girl was terminated, I felt pity with that girl since she is pregnant. See? if I were you guys apply for centers that can really cater your needs !
i'm working for the center also but we felt that if you can do your job ther's nothing to worry. however you can't really say what's gonna happen next. we still love the company and the people there, once you get used to it, you'll love it by then...

i asked my friend who's working there.. he said they are on mass termination.. keep on firing and then they hire new ones... my friend who was a trainee said they were not given fair fight since they are only allowed to dial for 10-11 then it will "the luck" will save u from terminating... they dont care if u have problems with lead and with the computer... the main point here is: make a sale or u'll be terminated.

if you can do your job, there is no reason for you to be terminated, i am one of the agent here in this company but i got promoted because they know how to appreciate the thing that you are doing, Now i am a team leader on training... Let's face the reality that you have to do your part as an employee of the company...all of the company have their own rules and regulation, if you cannot take the heat, then get out of the kitchen
medialink is a great battle gound for training in outbound sales, once u got the chance to step on the floor, make calls, convert sales, and feel the pressure of doing your part for the company.. Hah, there u are u've been trained to be the BEST!... just like me, i cnt say that i'm really a seller but when i applied for another company and triued my luck there, im one of the best considered consisitent!

I am currently working at Medialink and I have not encountered any problem or issue with the management and my co-agents so far. I believe that this company is a good company, and as long as you deliver what’s required from you there will be no problem.
The only people who have something terrible to say are the ones who are not performing.
If you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen! This company is only for the bests.

what they are saying is true ive work for medialink also for how many months... and the reason why i resign is because of the managements...coz if u dont have a sale for the 1st hour alone they will nagged on you shout on you...and i hav this particular TL in the other side he's good but theres a time that his harassing you... working environment is like a supermarket
i've also work for other outbound centers but the environment is not like that most of the time i was under my station just to understand the other person on the other line...

The training will start on november 30 and i cant help by thinking all this kinds of ### when i read all your comments, it scares me grrrr...my question is, is it really true 15 minutes break only?...no OV pay?...After i pass on the interview im really excited to have the training right away but when i read all your comments it sucks!...

i am currently working in the said company (MEDIALINK CONTACT SOLUTIONS). one thing that's good with this company, is the heart of the agents to create numbers on the board. with or w/o leads, still numbers are there w/ quality. quantity and quality may not mix, but still they're try ways to do that! s1 and s2 are good, no doubt about it. yes, there may be politicians on the company. but remember, anywhere you go politics is there. i love my workmates, for they are true people who could appreciate good and bad about things that's happening (regarding the company)...
now, for those people who are not satisfied in what they are doing. go out of the company, do your thing if you want to complain, make them suffer if you wanted to and let fate decides. but also, think of the people who will be unfortunate if ever you're going to do this things... or, just let GOD ALMIGHTY be the judge!
i too might go out of the company soon but i'll always be reminded of the people whom i made friends. plus the experience (good or bad)..

I'm so tired of my current job, i've been burned out...Now I wanna be a call center agent...and i'm planning to apply at media link this week...but guys i read all your comments about the company...some shows positive some are negative...Now which is which?...who am i going to believe? the positive or the negative? are the negative commentators had just been experienced abusive management or just they cannot perform well and positive commentators just boot-lickers or showed well in company? hey this is not an offensive statement...by the way wherever industry and what ever company is, small or big company...there will definitely have a political rivalry...
