They are refusing to release funds to my son. Payday was on friday 12/9/22, he was supposed to get direct deposit. My son is 16 years of age and has never done direct deposit before so when he filled out the paperwork for direct deposit he did not put the whole account number for his checking number. Management does not double check this because they say "its personal information" so on payday my son gets a paper. He brings this paper to me and asks how to cash it. I then explain to him it is not a check it is a pay stub. We then check his account and there is no money in his account. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 days now and there is still no money. I have spoken to the gm penni multiple times and she claims to have sent the account and routing number to payroll at 11am yesterday 12/14. It has now been 26 hours and they are now saying it takes 3-5 business days to get the money. I asked penni for payrolls phone number and she said she only has an email address. I have emailed them and again, no response. The regional manager james asher has reached out to me a couple times, calling from a blocked number, and now he is saying they can issue a bank card but not until tomorrow. Tomorrow is a full 7 days since payday. They say thats just how long it is going to take to get us the money that was earned from working, and there is one more check owed to my son, next friday 12/23/22.

Desired outcome: There has been 3 people total that i have spoken to at this location and none of them are doing anything to get this resolved in a timely manner.
