I am not sure why but there is red tape going across the top of the pod when I made my coffee the grounds came through the pod leaving coffee grounds in my cup and a big mess in my coffee maker. I have been using Maxwell coffee for years and have never had any complaints. I like the pods compared to the K cups and I like the dark roast so I am not interested in another brand
Desired outcome: It would be nice to get some reimbursement these pods were in the 30 pack.
