I have ordered the falooda from this cafe today and my order was not delivere to me and thn I have contact to the online chat customer support of the skipthe dishes. Order# [protected] and I have paid $16.93 from pocket and your one of helper told me parwinder that he can not help me out with this. I told him if he or his company do not belive me I can provide the videos recording of last 1 hours or more that no delivery persons eneters the building. I am work right now and I can show the proof that no body from skip the dishes enter the building to deliver my food and he did not listen to me and just end the chat. Is this is the way to treat your customers? I had paid out of from pocket and I can show the proof from video recoridng that my food was not delivered to my address. Just disgusting service provided.
