Massage Revolutions – Front desk

Last year I had a few massages at Massage Revolution that I enjoyed. So much so, that my husband got be a gift certificate for 12 massages for Christmas. My most recent visit was on Mother's Day and while waiting for my appointment to start, I overheard the front desk clerk offer a client a punch card to earn gifts during her checkout. I had never been offered such a card. When I checked out, the clerk did not offer me a punch card but when I asked about it, she gave me one. I informed her that I'd been there several times and was never offered a card, nor had she offered me one even though I saw her offer it to others. She had no response but told me that she could not punch the card for past visits. My complaint is not the punch card as much as it is the difference in customer service that I received as a Black client than the service I witnessed being provided to white clients. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not available and there was no way to contact them online except to request appointments, so here I am.
