I fully completed a supposedly 11 minute OLG, lotto & casino survey that pays 125 points. Took me nearly 2 times longer to complete 336-352pm EST ( even OLG IS NOW A SURVEY TIME CHEATER!) on July 31/25. The incentive points whatsoever never received from MaruVoice Canada, no points pending, no indication that points were coming, etc. Only a 404 error code message appeared with no explanation.
Over a month now & counting since I contacted MaruVoice Canada for help about this, no point compensation or whatrever action/investigation they are doing that I am aware of.
I am a MaruVoice Canada member since 2011 & have noticed that customer service at MaruVoice has going not only downhill recently but also non-responsive to members' contacts for help as a result of seemingly survey providers who cheated on length of their survey completion time and/or not paying out the already petty point incentives after survey completion.
