I have been doing surveys for Maru Voice and have earned points, I redeemed points for 2 Amazon gift cards, one for CAD $25 and one for CAD $50, on Jul 22/26 and received email confirmations from them. I received nothing. I email followed-up on Aug 5/26. They emailed reply Aug 7 indicating busy with high volume. I email followed-up again on Aug 25 and Sept 9 with no reply from them.

Resolved

After multiple email follow-ups, complaint finally resolved. I finally received my Amazon gift cards for CAD $50 + CAD $25.
