Markham Quagga Centre review: Bad service and providing false information

I went to markham Quagga center today to pay my RCS card I follow the qeue to my surprise they are not accepting payments on rcs they are offline due to delays I said to the guy who was on POS try my card you can't just say you are offline only on rcs but you accept other cards even the shift runner said the same thing I was so disappointed cause we use money to go n pay our account on time then cashiers turned us away and feed us lies if markham is only accept our money only when we make purchases please let us no I'm so piss off we use transport to go there
