As someone who values quality products, I have had mixed experiences with Mardel Christian and Educational. While some items I purchased were reasonably priced and of good quality, others fell short of expectations. The customer service was friendly, but the shipping and returns process left much to be desired. Despite the positive aspects, the inconsistency in product quality and service makes it challenging to wholeheartedly recommend Mardel. If you decide to shop here, I recommend carefully reviewing product details and being prepared for potential issues.

I really like Mardel. The prices are good and I really like the school and teacher stuff. The people who work there are really nice too!

Mardel is a great place to find Christian items. They have a wide selection of pretty crosses, nice bibles, and lovely house accessories. I especially love their selection of baby crib crosses and Jesus items, like the Jesus loves me shirt and Jesus loves me Snuggly.

In addition to their religious items, Mardel also has a good selection of homeschooling materials. It's a shame that they only have stores in a couple of states, but I'm pretty sure anyone can order from their website.

I feel lucky to live near a Mardel store, and I can't wait until I can get my driver's license so I can shop there more often. Overall, I highly recommend Mardel for anyone looking for quality Christian items and homeschooling materials.

So, I bought some tees for my hubby for Fathers day from Mardel. We wanted to make sure we got them on time, so we paid an extra $20 for 2 day shipping. But now, they're telling me that it only applies to orders placed before 12pm (which they didn't say ANYWHERE on their site or during the order process). So now, we're waiting for them to arrive 5 days later. They didn't seem to care or apologize for this issue. It's just not right, you know? It's like they're being dishonest and misleading. And it's not like this is the first time I've had issues with them. I don't think I'll be shopping with this "Christian" company again.

I really like the stuff they sell at Mardel, especially the Christian items. But I gotta say, the people who work there need to be more aware of their regular customers. I went to the Lynchburg Virginia store three days in a row and I shop there at least once a week, but nobody seems to remember me. I mean, I don't expect them to know my name or anything, but it would be nice if they recognized my face. I used to work in banking for over 40 years and one thing we were always told was to treat the customers well. I think the folks at Mardel could use some additional training in that area.

Anyway, I really hope this store doesn't close down like Lifeway did. That would be a real shame. I mean, where else am I gonna get my Christian books and stuff? I just hope the people who work there start paying more attention to their customers.

I recently made a purchase on Mardel's website for some Christmas gifts for my grandkids. Unfortunately, I ran into some issues with their computers and my order didn't ship until 6 days after I placed it. I was disappointed that they didn't reach out to me to let me know about the delay, and I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. The customer service representative I spoke to didn't seem to care much about my situation, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the gifts won't arrive until after my grandkids have already left to go back home, which is a real bummer. I ended up placing another order on Amazon to ensure that the gifts will arrive in time, but now I have the money tied up in two separate transactions. Overall, I'm not thrilled with my experience with Mardel and would probably think twice before ordering from them again.
