BUYER BEWARE! The company I have been dealing with is called Uryyi. However, other names associated with the same company are Vyoya, Enzug-shop, Zifyz-style, Dyviy-dress, Arnuz, Lucew, Kycoe, Vicnio-store, Floragaga, Pouvi, Blooroy, Laeyi, Hucav-shop, Flora-tee, Crigne, just to name a few. All the FB pop-ups and websites are pretty much the same and the contact information is only an email address starting with either “[protected]@” or “[protected]@”. There will not be a phone number or street address.

I originally ordered 8 items of clothing from Uryyi for a total amount of $314.03. Approximately 30 days later I received 6 items (2 were discontinued and Uryyi did reimburse my credit card accordingly). Of the 6 items received, only one fit. The company advertises true to size, and there is a sizing chart to use, but 5 items were ridiculously way too small. The day I received these items I notified Uryyi, via email, that I wanted to exchange 2 items, and ship back 3 for a refund (company also advertises 30 day free return).

I've been going back and forth in e-mail with them every day for 7 days to get a shipping address for return. They finally provided me with a return address of 14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens/Queens, NY 11413. I googled this address and it appears to be an alleyway with lots of loading docks. Better Business Bureau has information on this address and it’s worth a review https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/springfld-gdns/profile/online-retailer/idex-0121-87145073.

Uryyi has also been "negotiating" my refund - first they offered $75, then $100, then $150. The last email I received said they have given me a full refund of $181.76 to my credit card. Sure enough, that amount has been credited to my credit card. It shouldn’t be this hard and it’s really poor business practice.

All of companies listed above claim “made in US” (in many cases, South Carolina). I’ve been researching, and there are many reviews out there claiming that the clothes are made either in Dubai or China. Even though I finally received a full refund, I believe these companies, whatever name they go by, are falsely advertising. They advertise “true to size”, but it’s not always, and advertise “free 30 day return and refund” but it’s a struggle to get them to provide the return information and “negotiating” a refund is very poor business. I think many people give up on getting a refund. If you are having this type of problem, keep at it – email them every day for your refund. If that doesn’t work contact your bank or credit union to dispute the charges. They will work with you to try and resolve, and hopefully get a refund for you.

Do not get sucked in to social media advertising. Many of them are scams or false advertising. Do your research – look at reviews (and not just the 4-5 star reviews). Go to the company websites and see where they are from, where they manufacturer their product, fine-print information, return/exchange policy, terms and conditions, contact information, etc. Also go to Amazon to see if it’s advertised there. I noticed many of the same types of clothing are advertised through Amazon under many different company names. Although doing a cursory review in Amazon I didn’t find any of the names listed above.
