On December 10, 2022 I went on Manogi’s website to order their incense waterfall and a free bag of 100 cones. I found the site difficult to navigate and realized that the order of $89.64 was way out of league financially so I tried to delete items but couldn’t so I got out of the page. I received a bill anyway. I had to pay $18.50 to return the items in order to get my money back. They are scammers especially how they determine how to charge a customer.
HUGE SCAM.
Based on how they advertised on there I thought I was only going to pay about $50 for an incense waterfall +2 bags of incense cones. They don’t show the total until after you put in your credit card information and pay. You only find out what the cost is when you get the invoice in your email. I emailed them twice within a couple days canceling my order. After over a week, I finally got a response and they said that they cannot return or cancel my order because they already created a shipping label. However, they did offer a $100 gift card. It shows on the tracking number that the package has not yet been picked up by USPS.
