Manhattan Motors review: Bad service, lack, in communication, too much time to fix issue, no accommodation for disability/mobility conditions

The situation is a case of extremely poor customer service. The car in this situation is a luxury flying spur and it has been in this well known shop for almost one year now, unfixed, no communication, and disrespectful treatment. My boss has stated he has been neglected and disrespected all times he goes to the shop to try to get some information about his car.

Not only this, but the customer bought this brand new 2021 car for accommodation purposes, since his wife has mobility issues. Once this shop finally offered a loaner across, it was not proper to accommodate her conditions, leaving them without a car (she had a surgery scheduled for this same time and all of this was informed in advance to the shop).

The car has now been for almost one year in the shop and they keep treating it with no urgency.

Desired outcome: Clear written timeline for resolution, prompt repair of the vehicle, if issue remains unresolved, a formal acknowledgment that the vehicle cannot be repaired.
