I ordered a couch in June, I received it on 25th November!
The couch is very uncomfortable and they refuse to give me a refund.
Of course I tried the couch in the showroom but I didn't sit on it for two hours watching a movie to know that it will hurt me!
I am complaining because it is causing me neck and back pain.
I tried everything... adding cushions, adjusting the headrest, sitting in different positions, lying down and nothing is helping. I didn't complain before because I thought maybe it will get better or I will get used to it. But it is really hurting me!
I also bought a bed and a small chair which are a bit better. So I am not being difficult this is affecting my health and my posture. It is not acceptable that such a reputable company would not allow refunds and returns.
I need this resolved as soon as possible.
Country of complaint: Canada
Address: 8480 Boulevard Leduc, Brossard J4Y 0K7, Quebec, Canada
Desired outcome: I want to return the couch and get a full refund
Now Maison Corbeil are saying they will give me a penalty of 700$ if I want to return the couch although it hasn't been 30 days from delivery date!
I would like to get a compensation NOT a deduction! especially that I will need to do physiotherapy...
Is this normal that a reputable company is allowed to do that?
