Main Street Renewal LLC review: Property management

Do not rent from this company... I have been dealing with Joshua Sutta and it has been a joke from day 1. My move in date was June 1, when I arrived to the home there was no running water and several issues in the home as their maintenance team did not do their job, forcing me to leave and find other accommodations for 2 weeks before the home was actually ready. I spent hundreds of dollars storing my things elsewhere and living elsewhere and eating out and 2 moving trucks 2 separate times and they believe it is fair to give me a $450 credit. I have asked for 1 month free to compensate me for the many inconveniences I endured renting from this company, but I cannot get a reply from them. I have sent several emails and follow-up emails and nothing until I get nasty with them. They only address a portion of my concern and totally disregard the ones they do not want to deal with. Again this has been going on since June 1st, it is now August 26th and I still cannot get a satisfactory resolution. If you are considering renting from this company, I recommend you look elsewhere as you will not be happy. You will see that calling them is a nightmare and no one calls you back. You will see emailing them takes days and sometimes weeks before anyone even acknowledges you. In the beginning when you are viewing the home and giving deposits and paying the first and last month everything seems so easy and seamless but it is a hoax to just get your money and then you are stuck. I have asked Joshua Sutta to provide me with his supervisor's contact information, but do to this date has not done so. My frustration has gotten to the point where I will post on every outlet I can to warn people about this company. I do not want anyone else to fall victim to this company!
