Tatiana is wonderful! She did an excellent job! I cannot stop singing her praises. She transformed my nasty rental into a beautiful home. Tatiana truly cares. She is patient, very thorough, and extremely professional. There were a few hiccups due to one lazy worker, but Julie handled it like the boss she is. Thank you MaidPro Tampa! Without your company my rental would not be the beautiful home it is now.

My wife and i have been with Maidpro for a few months now, and am so happy that we chose them! Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you hire them! Our crew, Takeisha P. and Jennifer M. are always on time, very friendly and meticulous, personable, and do a thorough job, every time. They take pride in their work, and always make sure that we are happy with their services before they leave. HIGHLY recommended!

Maidpro has been very professional and responsive to feedback. I think with any service, it's important to communicate exactly what you need and they have responded well. They use their own cleaning products, my only feedback would be that some may not be strong enough for tough cleaning areas. Traci has been very good and responsive to feedback. I like knowing that the floors and bathrooms are taken care of.

Jasmine does a great job on my house, has a great attitude, and is totally reliable. Outstanding! Jasmine continues to do an outstanding job every time she cleans my house; she works and gets the same review each time As a disabled Vet, the work Jasmine does for me is critical; she's a gem. Another stellar performance by Jasmine; she is the best. Jasmine is the best. Jasmine comes every week now and has a great attitude and works hard Exceptional!

Today was my second cleaning with Maid Pros and actually only my second time having a service come to clean my home. Before today I had considered trying another service as a comparison but Patricia M changed my mind. Patricia came alone and was very friendly. I was apprehensive when I only saw one person because 3 came last time. However, she dispelled my apprehension by being extremely thorough and doing a great job. I will be asking for her to come when it is time to clean again.

If you have the choice to use MaidPro vs another cleaner, MaidPro is your choice hands down. The team is efficient, quick, and will leave your house better than you left it. I wish that I had used them for previous moves. They were worth every penny and more. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a cleaning service. Added bonus: the office staff were responsive to multiple inquiries I had. I was also able to get my carpets cleaned the same day.

I needed a deep clean of my floors from a Rumba and old dog deciding to start Poopaggedon in my house... I was looking for emergency cleaning services however earliest availability was in July for those companies. I did a simple Google search for routine house cleaning services and MaidPro was on the top. I called and they were able to get me scheduled same day! The team who cleaned my house, Tatiana, Alphonsha and Barbara, were amazing! They were professional, super sweet, and great with my many animals! My house looks immaculate and I will be setting up a monthly service with them.

Christopher, Kimberly, and Stephanie did a fantastic deep clean on my house. They were professional and friendly, great with my curious kiddos, and went above and beyond. I asked them to wash my dishes and clean off some outdoor chairs that were dirty/stained and they exceeded my expectations. While those weren't part of the normal list of tasks they worked them into our time. They washed, dried and put away the dishes and got off most of the junk from the outdoor cushions! I've used another service in the past and MaidPro was head-and-shoulders above their competition in terms of quality and efficiency. They made my house sparkle!

I am so amazed that when I still come home from a long day at work, that it's still smells so clean and looks so clean. I can just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine on my clean back porch. Life is sweet and thanks for MaidPro for making my life even sweeter. Oh they also clean my sisters home as well and we both love that we can come home after a long week at work and enjoy our family and don't have to do anything. Dishes are done, they will do my laundry if I needed. Last Month they gave an estimate for tile and grout and for pressure washing my porch and for the carpets to be cleaned as well. I will surely be calling for that as well. Too bad they can't wash my dogs. I would be set for life.

Fracturing my foot ahead of Thanksgiving meant I couldn't be my usual super woman self and prepare everything for family staying over the holidays. Have you ever just exhaled, knowing your entire home was cleaned top to bottom in one go? I did, and realized I hadn't had that feeling in a LONG time. Chris, Stephanie and Kimberly worked their way through the house leaving sparkling areas behind them- ceiling fans to floors! What a terrific team! Looking forward to utilizing their services in the future. Working from home and the daily grind of housework/ food prep can make a home feel less like a place where we can rest. The trio from MaidPro helping get things together, in one fell swoop, helped me enjoy our home as an oasis and have everything ready for guests.

On 12/09, 3 maids came to my vacant residence for 5 hours worth of labor for a move-out cleaning. After 90 min they left and the only things completed in the house were 2.5 bathrooms, all of the rooms (except 1 walk in closet) were vacuumed, and the fans were dusted. None of the baseboards or blinds were ever touched. The cabinets in the kitchen were never touched and all of the tile flooring downstairs was never mopped. Per the contract, baseboards, blinds, windows, and kitchen cabinets were supposed to be included in the cleaning. The time slot for the maids to arrive was 8am-4pm. They did not arrive to the residence until 6:45pm. Considering the house was completely empty (3 bed, 2.5 bath), it was very disappointing to see how poor of a job 3 maids did in 90 min. Being a first time customer with this company, I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use your services again.

If you want to have a job completed satisfactorily and not have to be on their *** and make sure everything is done that you paid for, GO ELSEWHERE. Overpriced, rushed work, and try to get away with doing less than what is expected.

Upon an initial quick look through, I thought the girls did great. Upon looking a little more closely at everything, I realized a couple of things were missed. Including the stove and refrigerator that I paid over $30 extra each to have them deep clean. I discussed adding those two services with the ladies prior to them beginning the cleaning, and called Maidpros in front of them to confirm that they could charge me extra to add on those 2 services. Neither were overly dirty, but since the ladies were there, I wanted to just have them done. A couple of days later when I went to use my stove, I still smelled a burnt plasticky smell, indicating to me that it was not cleaned. On my way to work I called and verified that I was in fact charged extra for the oven/fridge to be cleaned, and I was, so after giving me the runaround because I worked the next couple of days that my next day off would be past the week mark, they couldn't do it, but then decided to work with me and come in a week to the day later. Upon getting home from work I decided to also check the fridge to see if that had been cleaned, and realized it has not. I called the day the lady was supposed to come in to clean the stove to see if I could simply have her do the fridge as well, and they told me no, and that they do not issue refunds, and that I may call back the next day and speak with a manager. Which I did, and they informed me that I said everything was fine (which was my initial impression, Didn't think I needed to hold a magnifying glass to everything to make sure they did their job) and that they will not refund or send someone to complete the job.

I hired MaidPro Tampa to clean my empty house on August 7th. Three people showed up, but the services were not performed properly. They were supposed to clean the house, fridge, and oven. The office lady told me that one person would work on the fridge and oven while the other two cleaned the house. However, they didn't clean the oven or fridge first. They spent 3 hours cleaning the house and then asked for more time because they hadn't done the oven or fridge. I'm not sure what they did during those 3 hours because the house was still dirty. I had no choice but to approve the extra time since the house was being sold the next day. It seems like they did it on purpose, knowing about the closing. When they finally finished after 4 hours, I asked them what they used to clean the oven. Two of them couldn't answer because they didn't speak English. They just kept saying "cleaned cleaned cleaned." After asking four times, the other person pointed to a commercial grade oven cleaner from Sam's Club. The small part of the house I walked through was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked them to leave. I texted Julie, emailed, and filled out the survey, but I never received a call back or an offer to come back and fix their mistakes. This goes against their guarantee, which they didn't honor. I've used this company before and they've been hit or miss. They seem to hire good people who don't stay with the company, causing problems. This time was the worst. The 3-hour cleaning cost $237.00, and the extra hour was $132.00 (I'm not sure how they calculated that). I've attached a few photos to show how dirty the house was after 4 hours of cleaning according to this company's standards.
