Macomb County Friend Of The Court review: Unfair slanderous treatment 2

On April 6, 2021 I appeared in a show cause hearing with the defendant in front of Alicia Golm, I was relieved that we would finally get an authority to see just what has been going on here mostly since Jaime's baby was born some months ago last October, my son is constantly berated insulted, and treated with contempt and disdain by his mother's husband Mike, who makes no bones he wants Nate out of the way, I'm trying to help him, I was shocked really at that first hearing because I was not once given the opportunity to show her anything, miss Golm was only interested in getting a schedule back, dismissing my evidence and concerns out of hand, awarded Mrs. Borashko more time for her husband to treat him like crap, I never had a single chance to even speak about any of it, being ignored, That time I went against my own intuition thinking that maybe it was me, then came a 2nd show cause Jaime was given more days, When I took Nathan in for 2 months time I had him coming out of his shell, but he was slammed right back in again Miss Glom ignored anything that came from me, there was no mistaking her bias this 2nd time, I am a layman but even then to me if I am asked to referee something it would be important and should go without saying that ALL evidence' should be considered in making a competent decision,
I did the right thing by saying I wanted to see the judge, which must have angered her as she told Miss Moore that I wanted to be advised, she kept acting like she was catching me in something by being so patronizing and unkind as she could be, When June 7th came and we met back at her office my attorney told me that she advised me to sign and agree or I could be found in contempt and or fined, I have always had a great respect for the law never spending one day in jail in my life, and what she said alarmed me, but I still felt the investigation would turn up ALL evidence and even Nathan ibn the meantime has been burning inside, he is so filled with anxiety from being there, back to being treated bad and rarely comes 0ut of his room, this is why I have been so adamant about getting him out of that environment.
But I have to say, I didn't know anything like what the actual investigation turned out to be, My attorney Miss Lampi also noticed it too, that the investigator a Miss Patricia Moore was agitated and hostile to me from the very start of what ever it was that we had, I was appalled and shattered really that she told me right there in the hearing minutes, that my son Nathan wrote a letter to FOC and miss Golm told miss Moore that I put him up to it, that is completely untrue! I am saddened first of all that she must think so ill of my character that I would engage in such a desperate act for some kind of attention or favor, nor have I ever felt the need to stoop so such a low, my evidence can speak for itself if it was to ever looked at, Miss Glom has slandered my name to the investigator in my case turned her against me, that wasn't all either, the investigator Miss Moore, never let up, I found it really impressive that from right there in tiny office she could apparently perceive the truth of the universe, and ascertain much bett3er than I that Nathan is a manipulative liar that runs the show, and I am this gullible goofy guy that ignores counselling because I said "it's great but at some point one just needs to show their child love" which is true, She was not happy with me over that, neither one of them did their job, they chose their4 personal dislike toward me instead of investigative confidence, almost to hard to believe, she too looked at nothing from me, but did find the time to scold me for having too much evidence. It is the most baffling, belittling and insulting episode of unprofessionalism I have ever been witness too, now my case seems to have turned into mush, with both just seeing me as the bad guy, feeling the need to showboat in front of the trainee, as if to say, watch how crappy I can treat this guy, it defies all logic in human events, it is now unrecognizable and ugly, they have managed to twist everything around in order to make me look like a dramatic fool, it has deeply affected me, our chances have been tainted, due to extreme unprofessionalism, I feel with both of them like that we do not stand a chance, from the start they set out to torpedo me and did just that, this has been extremely hard to get through, I am compelled to file this grievance because it is not right one bit that court professionals would conduct themselves such a mickey Mouse way, The investigator Miss Patricia Moore, came out and told me she was not comfortable going against miss Glom's work, that's pretty much that then, I feel completely violated and slandered! They both read my frustration 100% wrong.
