Lynnbrook Forest Townhomes review: Bogus charges 1

While living there, a maintenance team came to refinish the tub. They tracked bleach throughout the master bedroom. We filed a complaint as soon as it happened because they also knocked out the window screen trying to put in a ventilation fan. The company maintenance man came to reinstall the window but once we moved out they charged us to replace the carpet citing the bleach spots and stated they had no record of us reporting the maintenance team tracking the bleach throughout the room. Also, I separated from the military and gave them the orders furnished by my command. They attempted to validate the orders but there was an error due to my command. They contacted my command and were faxed valid orders. On the day we left, we stopped by the office to verify they had everything needed and we were told that they did and we would not be charged any additional rent due to having orders to move. Six weeks later, I received a bill for $1323 to cover an additional months rent and to replace the carpet in the master bedroom due to the bleach spots.
