They had not made nor paid for my booking
I booked and paid $7499 for a open ticket stay at the all inclusive pullman resort in the maldives. As I saw very large travel agencies go to the wall I decided I had best ensure my booking is secure. I wrote to le asking very specific questions to which I received no reply. Being concerned, I contacted accor and the hotel directly.

Yesterday, I received confirmation from the resort that there infact was no booking in my name and that they had not received a penny from le so my money is at risk, my holiday booking non existent.
I am extremely annoyed at the behaviour of le and have resorted to legal action through the local court to obtain a refund. Im not interested in credit notes or anything else from a booking agency that hasnt booked or paid a single dollar towards my trip to a resort that knows nothing about my reservation.
