Lumberjack Tree Service, Magicians Tree Service, Fayes Tree Service review: tree cutting ceremony 1

Perry Mendel and Perry Mendel Jr will make an appointment with you, they come to the house and give you a quote to cut your trees.  Then they write up the contract and request a deposit.  They put the contract for a week out, this way they deposit the check before the job is done.  By the time you realize that the check is cashed and you call them, they do not answer the phone nor do they return any of the phone calls.  They never show up to do the work.  Now you still have the tree in your yard and they get away with your money.
I found this out too late, but they pulled this scam on a couple people in the Hampton, VA area.  They move from home to home, so not even the police have a verified address for them.  If anyone is thinking about hiring them to cut their trees, my advise is to skip them and go with someone else.  My recommendation is to do a google check, and a facebook check to see what type of people they are.  They make their living scamming and conning people out of their money.
