I won this. I contacted them right away. They still have not paid me. They said there was more than 1 account. My son discussed with them through the zen desk about the problem I was having establishing an account with them I have sent them screen shots of all conversations with them. They have my documents.. more than 1 copy. I will attach the copies.

This is my complaint and it is marked as RESOLVED It is NOT RESOLVED. I also attached all the requests submitted and everything but 1 has been closed or solved as they say.
They have not responded with the last 3 messages. I just took screenshots of the messages I left.as you can see ..NO RESPONSE.
