Loves Travel Stop review: am/shift tire department service complaint at store #603

I went to the tire department at Loves service location #603 on Pecan Park Rd in Jacksonville Fl around 11:00am to receive a truck inspection. There were 5/ workers all standing around the service desk and one employee working in the service department doing an oil change as I was told. My problem is I was waiting for 3/hours and the situation remained the same. By 2:00pm I asked the staff when would they get started on my truck and they said it would be a couple more hours. I complained about it to the staff and nearly .20/minutes later they called me into the inspection area. This is ridiculous.

The afternoon crew starts at 3:00pm and they are always busy working and doing everything very quickly as we have experienced this several times throughout our 5/ or more visits to this location. We love the service that the LOVES tire departments provide all around the country but the AM staff at this location is very lazy and no one seems like they want to work. I absolutely love the service of the PM shift. The PM shift seems to be stuck with much of the workload from the AM shift as we have noticed many customers waiting longer. This type of service is very unexceptable. If you go to this location, word of warning. Always go after 3:00pm to receive great service.
