I hired Louisville Critter Ridder on 3/24/22. The wildlife technician, Bo, was great. He and I were both diligent in removing the racoons in the upstairs dormer of my home. From March to July, we removed 3 possums and 4 racoons. After a week of no activity, Bo came by and picked up the empty cage and trap camera. This was July 1, 2022. I was told at that time I would be contacted by another technician who would close of the entry points to my home where the racoons were entering and exiting. Bo informed me that it would take about 3 weeks before the racoons would try to reenter. It took five weeks.

No one ever called me back. I currently have a racoon entry problem. I have at least two up in my dormer again. This was so preventable.

I called in early August, on a Sunday, and left a message on their answering machine about the reentry problem. No one ever called back.

I again called on August 22, 2022, again left a message on their answering machine about the reentry problem. Again, no one ever called back.

On September 4, 2022, I again called Louisville Critter Ridder. This time I spoke to a technician. I explained my situation and asked that someone come out and remove the current invasion of racoons and fix the entry points on my house. This is guaranteed in their contract and is guaranteed on their website too.

Due to ill advice, I also had to pay someone $100.00 to remove the 3 dead bodies of racoon babies that died of starvation or heat up in the dormer.

Their contact numbers are:

[protected] and [protected] (dispatch)

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $599.00. This includes the $499.00 I paid for the racoon removal and entry closure and $100.00 for the dead baby racoon removal.
