On October 6, 2022 I was in contact with the festival coordinator of Los Pinos Vineyard to cordinate time and information regarding my role as a fill in "employee" attending the festival in Gruen, Tx at The grapevine winery One hour and 30 min dive one way. Mrs. Windy and I agreed on $20 an hour and paid travel. Saturday October 7, 2022 the event was great, as I enjoyed the opportunity to represent Los Pinos for seven hours. October 7, 2022 no news on my payment for service rendered. October 10, was asked to fill out a w-9 form after I had already "worked". October 15, 2022 no news on my check. October 18,2022 I received a message from Lauren R. regarding a contact email " if I hadn't received my check yet. [protected]@lpspinosranchvineyards.com. October 19,2022 no payment for services rendered yet. This situation has caused such hardship and late fees on the bills I was working towards paying. At this time in our society not being paid for your time worked is salt in the wound. I appreciate any help from here forward on this matter.

Desired outcome: Audit of financial records of the Los Pinos Ranch Vineyard would be beneficial in taking action in corrupt businesses that allow hardship of others while they reap the rewards. Thank you.
