Warning about London Bar and Guest House Hua Hin / Thailand
Be careful when you are going into the London Bar in Hua Hin / Thailand because the owner Paul Chamberlain and his Wife Toon try to rip off their customers.
They charge you for drinks you`ve never ordered and the Lady`s who working in that bar ordering drinks on your bill. They try to get you drunk and sometimes they are mixing something into your drink so you getting a black out and then they steal your purse.
Next day, when you wake up, you`ll find yourself in one of their rooms upstairs and you have to pay for that room as well.
It happened already to so many customers, but the police never helped them.
When you try to speak with Paul about that, he will throw you out of his Bar and call you a Wixxer and show you his finger.
That`s why the Police is knocking on Paul`s and Toon`s door, nearly every day. Because a pissed customers went to police.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Paul is a real piece of [censored], stay clear
This is not an exageration. This guy is spot on. the place is a rip off. Smiling, sweet, Toon, will turn into the devil, if you question anything about your bill. And yes the bully boy will definately throw you out, because he doesnt want anyone else hear you complain.
I let a bill run up for 3 days, and finally got it for 13, 000 baht, Impossible, when I asked them to recheck it, they just said its correct, and if I dont pay they will simply call the police. My answer. Just dont go there.
Strongly disagree we found Paul and Toon very nice, friendly and overall good fun the bar was very busy and everyone was having a great time if you paid for drinks each time of ordering then people cannot add to your tab in error which is proberly what happened in this guys case !
