Went in to buy a soap and was super pressured to buy this light machine that I didn't want but felt obligated to purchase after the specialist kept telling me that I needed to buy it. I told her many times that I have to go, but she kept the pressure on until I felt like I had no choice even though the store was closing. The machine is unopened and I do not want it. I'm praying for a miracle that I can return this machine for a full refund. I was not told that I couldn't refund it.

This place is a scam they conned me out of 1900 for products that made my eyes burn and my face have a rash. They will not give a refund they don’t return calls they are rude. Told me owner will call and he never does. The guys try to act like they’re the owner. I’m taking them to small claims court now.
I am headed down this path as well...what was the decision in small claims? They are just AWFUL SCAMMERS!

Did you go to small claims court? If so, what was the decision? Also, what location was it? I'm gathering information as Lola as well as their other aliases are nationwide. They are stealing millions from people and know how to work the system.
The lola soap is at Scarborough town centre. They kept on pushing me to buy until i say yes , but can't return the product. The girl's name is Julia

This place is total scam! Horrible products, high pressured sales and the scrub I purchased had been opened and was moldy and partially used. I have contacted them and requested a refund, but I am not sure if I will receive one. I was also scheduled for a free facial but after waiting 20 minutes I left because she was too busy. Do not take their samples and fall into their trap
That's my question, they use the same harassing and bullying tactics to most customers. Is there a way to do a class action lawsuit against them? There are so many negative, sad, and pretty scary reviews on BBB/YELP/etc.

@Astral D Did you have a problem with this company as well? Based on my own research, Lola has a number of different names as well. They are also known as Lilly Beauty among others. It may be a class action suit.
