Locanto NZ review: My email or emails are linked to Locanto that I have t done I want them removed

I use to have adds on Locanto I havent been on ther for a long time now and even got a new phone new number email. I have emailed Locanto quite a few times now
And there are adds showing up
Under my new email
I haven't used locato or signed up or anything.
Why is this happening I need someone to help me please. This is putting so much strain on my life.
