I called them and cancelled my order after it didn't arrive in the time specified. I actually received a credit to my credit card for the initial amount. I told them that I didn't want to receive any of their products and to take me off the list. They told me they would, but I just received my credit card bill and saw a charge for $19.95 on it for IW/Living Lean. It has been since January that I sent back the tea and received credit so I haven't thought about it anymore. Well, after 2 months, they decided to start charging me again. Needless to say, I am a little ticked off. If anyone ends up filing any legal suits, please let me know!

back!

I just hung up with one of the customer service, which is in Philiphine .
They'll return my money $19.95 only [after 30 minutes argued], and i lost my other $19.95 :(

For all of you who wants to call them, make sure they close your account otherwise they still take your money back for the next month.
Also ask for the conformation number n tell them to send by E-mail.

p.s. good luck,

I just got charged for this too! I canceled the wu yi tea a couple of weeks ago and noticed that I got charged for this Living Lean program too! I was very angry on the phone with the customer service agent because she kept trying to convince me to keep the Living Lean program and even said that I'm "most likely overweight so I should use the program to help me". I just wanted the tea to try it and now I keep getting charges pulled out of my account. I'm pissed because she refused to refund me my money! She claims I used the living lean site everyday for a couple of months (I dont even know what the hell it is) and I only signed up for the WU yi tea like less than a month ago.

This better be gone! Make sure you get the confirmation numbers from these people and dont let them push you around. Wu yi tea promised me refunds, but I am yet to see them. Dont get scammed like I did!

I called the [protected] and talked to a person that didn't speak english very well...she kept telling me that I signed up for on-line support when I purchased the tea. I kept telling her that I didn't and that I wanted my money back. After about 15 minutes on the phone, she finally said that my money would be refunded and my membership cancelled. She gave me a confirmation number...make sure you get this for proof! Good Luck!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CHECK CARD - CHARGED FOR A MONTH OF TEA FOR $29 THEN THE NEXT DAY CHARGED ANOTHER $19.95... TEA DOESN'T WORK BUT THE SCAM SURE DOES... BUYER BEWARE. THEY GET YOUR NUMBERS AND TAKE OVER.

The same thing is happening to me. I cancelled my subscription at least 2 months ago or more. Now I find this $19.95 that I know nothing about. Didn't sign up for this and very angry about it. It has overdrawn my account this week because I had all my bills figured out. Very seldom do I have extra money. Something has to be done. There are to many of us that have been scammed and others will be too. Please let me know if anyone figures out what to do.

You can also stop payment by calling your bank, and get all of your money back. Tell the bank about the fraudulent charges and they will handle it.

WORST COMPANY EVER. They're a total scam and I had no idea I would be charged. This is stupid, and no one at customer service speaks english? I had no idea what he was saying. I made sure I got the confirmation code though. This "wu-yi" tea is a total scam. I thought I'd try the free sample and then cancel it. The customer service basically called me fat. What a load of crap. Get out of this! I'd like to have a response page on Wu-Yi tea, they'd get an earful from me.

I went home to visit my parents but while on vacation I decided to check my bank account and I noticed a $19.95 charge to my bank account from a Living Lean Las Vegas NV. I too had no clue who this company was. Which is how I found this complaintsboard.com forum because I had to google the company and when I googled it I saw all of the negative reviews. It is pretty sad to see so many other going through the same thing with this same company. I realized from this forum that it was associated or maybe even is Wu yi source. I only say that because I am still not too sure about this whole thing.

I ordered the trial and canceled it before the trial was up and sent them there product back this may have been in about Feb 2008 and now this living lean has charged me for what ever they are charging me for. I want my money back. This was a big inconvenience for me having that money taking out especially while traveling . I am however extremely happy that there is a place like this for us to voice our disgrace with this company. I only hope that this will help others who are considering using this company. I am back home now and I will be contacting my bank on tomorrow to see if I can put a stop to them ever taking anything else out of my account.

I am so glad I found this site! This is exactly what happened to me. The bank told me to contact Living Lean first, but had no address or phone number to give me. Then I did a search and found this site. I called them number that is posted and after being on hold for 1 hour and 9 mins, I hung up and called the bank. They cancelled my check card and filed a claim. They also refunded my money and a overdarft charge I received from this charge. They also said that it looked like this company was some electronics company. I am so mad a WU YI Tea. The tea company also charged me too much. Another month after I cancelled. They claim to be refunding that ... we will see. I really like the Wu Yi tea and I found it on ebay and that is where I get it now. Thanks for everyones reports ... they really helped!

For all of you with unauthorized charges: Call your bank. They should cancel your card (doesn't matter whether it's debit or credit), issue you a new one and refund your money. Mine did.

WU YI TEA ? Never received the sample ($6.95) or the second shipment ($29.95)! I cancelled right after I saw that change!
Then noticed LIVING LEAN started changing my account for $19.95...for ? a website? (must of been something hidden - an automated checked off box!) WHAT A SCAM!
I called the 866 # and got someone who was hard to understand... When I asked where he was located, he said he was in Los Vegas, NV. After going round and round with this person - I finally got through to him I did not want anything but a REFUND! Which I got with a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. 3-5 days I should see the credit - we'll see! WHAT A SCAM!

What a scam! I too checked my on line bank account and saw this $19.96 charge.Maybe they thought that because it is a small amount I woundn't noticed. I talked to two different people for 30 min and getting nowhere because they could not locate my account under my name, address, phone number or e-mail address . My daughter- a contract lawyer - got them to give us an address in Las Vegas. We were also told someone will get back to us within 10 days. In the mean time I have contacted my bank's security department and canceled my card. The company's name and address is : Raven Media
2620 S. Maryland PKWY, 969, Las Vegas 89109. Good Luck.

I found the credit card charge on my account today, then found this web site. I called the 866 number and cancelled the whatever, I never received any product. The lady with customer service tried to talk me into keeping the web site.
I told her no that I did not want anything automatically charged to my account. She did give me a confirmation number.

I found the 19.95 charge on my card over the weekend. It sounds like from reading these complaints that I was lucky to only be on hold for around 15 minutes and I was able to speak to an English speaker with no accent. The phone connection was horrible and fuzzy so I was lucky to be able to get my goal accomplished. He did try and talk me into staying with and using the program. Do not let them talk you into it. I told him I was going to cancel my credit card, contact the BBB, and that there are many complaints out there. He didn't seem to care, just kept trying to talk me into keeping the account. I did get a confirmation #. I highly suggest that when calling [protected] that you get the cancellation confirmation # as well.

I also have been charged for 3 months and was also over charged by WUYI Source for the original Tea order. I held for 38 minutes and after I explained that I was on this website, the supervisor assured me he was refunding all of my charges and gave me a reference #.

OK - here's the deal on this one (and I LIKE the tea, but don't want the extra charge) -- I called the company, and then checked my email/bank statement.

Apparently, there is a TRIAL membership in a weight loss/motivational coaching program (Living Lean) that you are enrolled in as a result of being on the Wu-Yi autoship.

I don't want an extra charge for any coaching, but want the tea - so the company gave me this number [protected]. I called today, and they cancelled (while at the same time trying to talk me out of cancelling) -- I will still be receiving the tea.

Wu-Yi might want to abandon the Living Lean thing if they plan on keeping customers. I think it is a great product - but no one needs the headache of a hidden charge.

I hope this phone number helps!

I also ordered this product and was scammmmmmed didn't know about the hidden 19.95 charge i have been trying to figure out this charge for 3 months now i called to cancel today as i did 3 months ago and 2 and now again. (the tea) i did get a con. # this time around i thank everyone for the advice. I also didn't recieve but one package from these people and yet to get them to refund any monies at all so a lesson well learned with well over 200.00 stolen from my acc. so act fast so you won't be another notch on the wallets. Call the [protected] and get that con.# for without it they will keep taking from your acc. If not this month it will start back up again. they feel the broke no laws. Hey people doing their pr work what about thou shalt not steal.

Well, I found out what this charge is and it comes with the agreement "contract" when you buy the Wu Yi Tea. They really tricked you to accept this charge, but apparently we do. You can call to stop this charge at: [protected] Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM MST only.) It is a real number, they gave me a cancellation confirmation number and I hope it will not be reflected in my credit card again.

I was sent two boxes of the tea, I sent them both back and called the number and i too cancelled my account, they even asked me why i was canceling, I told them that i had a open heart surgery after a heart attack and that my doctors order was to stop the tea. they assured me that my account was cancelled and that i would not receive any more deductions from my bank, but once agin the bank statement said they again charged the 19.95.
what we all need to do is sign a pettition and send it to the better business burea, they will help us get a refund
