February 16, 2022, cash app account was compromised. A company called Liveme America processed over 50 back to back unauthorized transactions starting at 12:31 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. until my account was left at $0.

I immediately notified Cash App that I did not authorize any of the transactions and asked them to not process the transactions as it was fraud. Cash App informed me they would not stop the pending transactions and that once the transactions were processed then I could file a complaint.

The app does not have a fraud alert or process in place nor live customer service to assist with the process. They have very poor business practice and customer service. Once the over $400 worth of charges were supposedly returned, I then attempted to have the funds transferred to my account. It was at that point they indicated I had a negative balance of $333 and proceeded to take all monies and return my account to $0. True corruption.

Desired outcome: Provide a detailed statement of all transactions processed proving a negative balance in addition to where the remaining balance of funds are. Provide a check to me for the unauthorized transactions processed by Liveme America.

Here is LiveMe PR team. LiveMe did not develop any partnership with Cash App at the time mentioned in this complaint which is February 16, 2022. Hence, LiveMe would not process the user's Cash App account. This complaint should not be related to LiveMe in any sense.
