Littleplayland Limited – Dafeila infrapeace-Red Light Theropy

April 17, 2024 I purchased , online, the product named above using my PayPal account. I received the item on May2,2024. The problem arose because the product was sent to me in an envelope and within the envelope the product was in a clear Ziploc bag., (See attached photo).The item was not delivered to me in a sealed manufactured packaging as displayed in the advertisement. (See attached photo). There were no instructions or charging unit included with the product. It is Incomprehensible to me that any product could be handled/ delivered in the matter in which I received it. I have no way of knowing if it is a used item, how it was stored, and being accessibly opened ziplock bag is environmentally sanitary . It is highly doubtful that the manufacturer released the item to the seller without being stored in a sealed manufacturing package. I addressed the company on numerous occasions, requesting an address to return the item and a credit for the purchase price of $52.87. The company refused to provide the requested information and dismissed my concerns by simply stating “the item purchased was delivered ”. I further filed a complaint with PayPal in attempt to have this matter resolved, for which I was denied. Explanation being; “ The seller has responded to PayPal with the statement ;” item purchased was delivered.” I never disputed receiving the item. My dispute is Directly resulting in the fact that it was delivered in an unsanitary, unsealed manufacturing package!. It is appalling to me that any business would be able to conduct Themselves in such an unprofessional disgusting manner.
