I do not own any of Nancy's dogs but through my position as Director of Community Development here in town. I will tell anyone who is interested that PetShack is NOT a puppy mill, nor is she a neglectful, irresponsible animal owner and /or dog breeder. Her animals are all checked by a Licensed Vet in our community, I know because my dogs attends the same vet. She is very responsible with the breeding. Her female dogs do not have litters after litters. I have seen with my own eyes her retiring a female Chihuahua because she did not want her to breed again. She does not breed just any female with just an male she is very particular with the bloodline(s). If for some reason I should ever need another dog in my life I would buy one her dogs. I am very confidient in Nancy's abilities as a dog breeder and animal lover.

Woah! Talk about a filthy mouth! Knowing Nancy, I can tell straight up, that she DOES NOT USE THAT KIND OF LANGUAGE! Sadly though, Lista Looney Faircloth DOES have such a crude and disgusting vocabulary! Worst of all, she thinks she's actually fooling someone with her troll posts. Doh! Hey, Lista? Don't you remember what I told you about a writer's TONE and VOICE? Even when we try to disguise ourselves, our own personal voice will ALWAYS come through. YOUR writer's voice is extremely clear no matter what Sockpuppet you are using to post. On the web, there is NOTHING more despised than a TROLL! Even worse is a Troll who uses SOCKPUPPETS (false identities) to post their garbage, so they seem numerous. There once was a bi*ch named Sophie, who was given the name "Sockpuppet Queen" because she used over 500 false identities - including the name of a famous Television actor - to post and disrupt an entire fandom. She was easily found out by using an IP trace. You, Lista, are fast becoming the NEW Sock Queen. The last time I checked, you had used 18 verifiable sockpuppets. EIGHTEEN FALSE IDENTITIES! And you were using all eighteen of them on the same forum! Did you really think those Sockpuppets couldn't be traced to you? I ran them all, Lista, they ALL traced right back to YOUR Internet Provider Service! You may not know this but EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US HAS A PERSONAL AND VERY UNIQUE IP NUMBER. They are like fingerprints. No two of them are the same. And each and every internet service provider has IT'S own unique, GOVERNMENT ISSUED, ID numbers. An IP trace, will take you first to the internet provider, and then to the person subscribed to the service. I wasn't surprised when my traces took me, each and every time, to YOUR personal IP number. You never make any attempt to disguise your writer's voice.

FYI for those of you who haven't been following this so-called discussion; Lista Ann Faircloth of Florida has gotten her panties in a twist because she bought a Chihuahua puppy that was being shown ON CONSIGNMENT, at Petshack Chihuahuas, in S. Carolina. Why the hell Ms Faircloth was shopping for a puppy in S. Carolina, and not in her native Florida, is beyond my understanding. Anyhoo...Ms Faircloth, sees the puppies being offered for sale, and decides she has to have one of them. Nancy White, the owner of Petshack Chihuahuas, AND the woman who is being victimized by Lista Faircloth and her army of Sockpuppets, informs Ms Fairchild STRAIGHT UP, that she was NOT the person who bred those particular puppies. The litter was bred by a gentleman who was having difficulty selling his pups. Nancy White, being the kind person I personally know her to be, allowed the gentleman to display his puppies in her shop, where they would get more exposure. She also explained that SHE PERSONALLY could not guarantee the litter, because she was not familiar with the Dam or the Sire. All she could offer was a CERTIFICATE OF HEALTH from her veterinarian, who had examined the puppies and declared them to be normal and healthy, and up to date on their immunizations and wormings. Ms Faircloth said she understood, and would sign a contract, stating that she knew that Ms White was NOT the breeder, but was buying the puppy anyway. Ms Faircloth was COMPLETELY AND FULLY AWARE that the puppy she was buying was CKA registered, and NOT AKC registered. Of course, from my own personal point of view, whether not not a puppy is listed with one of these organizations means absolutely NOTHING to me. Registration with CKA (Chihuahua Klub of America) or the AKC (American Kennel Club) is PURELY A STATUS SYMBOL for the owner. Registration DOES NOT guarantee the health or personality of the dog! A person can purchase a puppy from a recognized and licensed breeder, with documentation proving that it can claim aristocratic bloodlines from parents who have both won a gazillion Dog Show ribbons, including "Best Of Show" at prestigious (if you are a Dog Show snob) shows such as Crupp's, and Westminster and a dozen other famous titles. These bloodlines DO guarantee that you will have to pay a RIDICULOUS PRICE for your puppy, of several thousand dollars, and you will be able to yourself drag your poor pet from dog show to dog show. But, let me tell you, that registration, and champion bloodline documentation CANNOT guarantee that your puppy will be the gentle, loving creature you hoped for, NOR can it guarantee that your puppy will not contract a disease and die. Those fancy registration papers GUARANTEE NOTHING at all! There is only ONE THING in this world that IS guaranteed...### HAPPENS! Remember Murphy's Law? Murphy's Law, says: "Anything that CAN happen, WILL happen!" Greater truth was never spoken!

FULLY AWARE that the puppy she purchased WAS NOT bred by Ms White, and after SIGNING A CONTRACT, that Ms White has on file, and can provide in a court of law, that puppy that was VETERINARIAN CERTIFIED HEALTHY AND UP TO DATE ON HER IMMUNIZATIONS, suddenly becomes ill on the ride home to Florida. That same puppy, in a short time after being brought into the Faircloth home, was RUSHED TO THE VETERINARIAN BECAUSE SHE WAS STEPPED ON by Ms Faircloth's "husband" (who she claims is a Cuban just like Desi Arnaz!)! It is also a fact that Ms Faircloth has a couple of rowdy, ill-behaved children. Would YOU place a tiny, Chihuahua puppy in a home with rowdy, energetic adolescent boys? I sure wouldn't! My sister's Chihuahua, when she brought him home from the breeder, was tiny enough to hold in ONE HAND and weighed JUST OVER THREE POUNDS! Placing a tiny, three pound puppy in a home with young, active children is asking for trouble!

Anyway, Ms Faircloth's puppy, a puppy that was rushed to a veterinarian because she was stepped on, suddenly begins displaying the symptoms of neurolgical problems. She isn't the perfect little accessory that Ms Faircloth can dress up in silly 1950's outfits, and carry with her when she goes prancing around town in her Lucille Ball costumes! Ms Faircloth has realized that she can't use the little puppy to attract attention (as if dressing up in a ridiculous "I Love Lucy" costume and wig wouldn't attract stares, laughs, and comments!). Suddenly, Ms Faircloth wants her money back! So, she starts calling and harassing Ms White. Ms Faircloth has forgotten that she SIGNED A CONTRACT stating that she was aware that the puppy WAS NOT BRED BY MS WHITE, and the money she spent on the dog, WENT TO THE DOG'S BREEDER AND NOT MS WHITE! Ms White MADE NO MONEY WHATSOEVER on the sale of that puppy. She was just helping another breeder.

But, can you explain that to Ms Faircloth? HELL NO! The woman seems to have a huge empty hole where her brains should be! She has decided to declare war on Ms White and has been harassing, libelling, slandering, and defaming her, all over the internet FOR OVER A YEAR! Because Ms Troutman chose to speak up for Ms White, Ms Troutman is now also on Faircloth's hit list. Faircloth has ILEAGALLY hacked into Ms White's Facebook account and used it to defame her and destroy her business. She has hacked into Ms White's Web Site, and used it to post the most ridiculous and outrageous lies that any person could possibly contrive. Which is also highly ILLEGAL! She also posts her lies using some of the filthiest, most disgusting language I've ever encountered! And I'm ex Navy man! I've heard some stuff that would curl your hair! I've been all over this planet, and visited places where crude behavior is the norm, and the people are just one step above savages. But, I have NEVER run into a woman with such a DIRTY MOUTH! Just read the post above, the one she said was sent to her by either Ms White or Ms Troutman. SHE, HERSELF wrote that message, using one of her Sockpuppet identities! In fact, she's composed similar filth on websites and forums all over the internet! She's also posted some photos that were raw enough to make me, an ex-seaman, blush! Of course, she posted under one of her Sockpuppet names, and set it up, so it would appear SHE was the one being attacked. Her Sockpuppets log in, one after the other, post in her defense, describing her as being lovely, and sophisticated, and Oh, isn't it just wonderful that she is an "I love Lucy" impersonator, and declaring that she is recognized all over the world for her appearances. She's described as a celebrity, a wonderful person, living an ideal fairy tale existence. She also told me, right on this complaints board, that the mini van she drives, that is all decked out with gaudy I Love Lucy decals, was GIVEN TO HER BY THE PRODUCERS OFF THE I LOVE LUCY TV SERIES, because they admired her for dressing up like a long dead TV personality! Really? The I love Lucy TV series was produced by an entity called "DESILU" productions. "Desilu" is simply a blending of the names; Desi and Lucy. That's right! Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball owned Desilu and produced that and several other TV series. BOTH Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball are long dead. So, how did they manage to give her that van? Furthermore, the series is now owned by a broadcasting syndicate. Syndicates prefer to remain anonymous. They distribute these old series to make money. These upper echelon corporate snobs would no more give her that van, than give me a million dollars, tax free!

Faircloth has been trolling the web for more than a year, doing her best to discredit Ms White, and now Ms Troutman, and destroy both of these ladies businesses. I think it's high time that people stop reading her diatribe. She's looking for is fame and recognition, and when you respond to her nonsensical posts, you're giving her what she wants. The time is come for people across the web to declare an embargo on Lista Faircloth's endless prattle. Join me, in ignoring her, refusing to respond, no matter how offensive she gets. Lets make her persona non grata on this board and all the others. Trust me, when she faces a black screen, day after day, she'll soon find some other cause to occupy her lonely days.

I continue to see the word disablility being thrown around. And yet Farrah keeps saying Lista lies. But you are on disability. You are making money off selling pups and are milking the system. Whether or not these dogs are puppy mill quality or not get off disablility thats for people that are really needing it. The fact that you use it like that disgusts me enough. And again I thank god I hate chis and never bought a puppy from you!

As a complete outsider who knows none of you I just wanted to add my two cents since you all seem to be intent on blasting your drama on the internet for any random person to see. I actually accidentally ran across this thread when I was searching for reviews on an anti-aging product, but stopped to read a few of the posts here since it seemed to have so many comments and my curiousity was piqued. It seems that not a single one of you have come through this making yourselves look like the "good guy". Every single one of you has only compounded the problem by defaming and attacking one another personally. How does that solve anything? The only reason I decided to post a comment was because of a comment posted by Petshack reposting a comment by someone named "smokie poo" or "smokie doo" or something like that. Anyway, Petshack, you're trying to paint yourself as a reputable breeder and not in the wrong, but you think the comment about molestation of a child and telling a person to go off with all their personalities and just shoot themselves would be the best thing to do because no one wants that person or their dogs around is funny? I found that comment extremely offensive. Molestation of a child and the resulting mental problems, including dissociative identity disorder are no laughing matter. I am an animal lover myself and can't stand to hear about the mistreatment and abuse of animals and I definitely don't like hearing about the mistreatment and abuse of humans. As I stated before, I don't know any of you, and personally I think all of you are behaving childishly and not a single one of you seems to be proving anything. All you are doing is making yourselves look like idiots, including the person "Lista". This is something that should be handled privately, not on some internet complaint board for anyone to see. So, none of you live near each other, then handle it privately amongst yourselves through email. None of this is necessary. Your main concerns should be doing what's best for the animals and bringing those to justice who are doing them harm and the way to do that is definitely not on an internet complaint board. Miss Petshack, I hope you have a good lawyer, because you definitely need to file a suit against this whacko. Voicefortheanimals starts off by making a serious complaint, then sets off down the trail of insanity. While she does a lot of ranting, and stamping her feet, she offers NOT ONE IOTA OF PROOF to prove what she is saying. If Petshack is running a puppy mill, WHERE ARE THE PHOTOS, WHERE ARE THE WITNESSES, WHY HAVE YOU NOT FILED CHARGES WITH THE HUMAN AUTHORITIES?The truth is evident. There IS NO PROOF! Let me tell you, voicefortheanimals, you plead a good case - a case that goes far toward proving you should spend some time in a doctor's care. You also give a clear demonstration of WHAT NOT TO DO ON A COMPUTER! As a matter of fact, you should not even be allowed NEAR a computer! I'm also sure that many of the real people who have posted here, and either spoke in her defense or rattled on about puppy mill breeders, noticed the similarities in her various postings. They didn't report it because it is more fun to join in an argument than put an end to one! Take my word, and stay away from this an any other forum where she posts. Spend your time getting your documentation together. Do spend the money to file a legal suit against her. I honestly believe that a day in court, before a judge is the only way to make her see reality. Locate the Legal Aide Society in your area, there should be one in every city. They have attorneys that will handle your case for little or no cost! Maybe you should try to talk with that cookiecocoa man who posted here. HE seems to know what he's talking about. At least, he has a good head for legal matters. Print out every post voicefortheanimals makes and and record the URLS(web addresses), so that your attorney can locate those same posts on line for him/her self.

Voicefortheanimals, please contact Don, and send him all her info. Puppy mills & Puppy mills could be right under your nose and you may not even realise. Keep your eyes open always and don't be afraid to speak up for what you believe in. These puppy farmers have been getting away with it for too long and Pet Shops only feed off them and back yard Breeders. Should you want more information relating to a particular breed do some research, contact the governing dog organization in your state and they will point you in the right direction.Thanks LUCY!
