LiquorLand Australia review: Customer service

We always shop at Liquor land Aitkenvale but the last 4 Times we have been in we have had a rude man named Ben serve us . We do the survey emailed out but have given up. Ben has no customer service at all he has to be the rudest one out if the lot. No hello, no up sell, no flybuys and no goodbye. He really let's the team down . We will no longer be going into Liquor land if he is on and I'm sure there would be more people that feel the same.
